Welcome to The Bingo Effect. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (thebingoeffect.com), your purchase of tickets, and your attendance at any of our events. By accessing our site or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Ticket Purchases, Refunds, and Transfers

• All Sales are Final: Tickets purchased for The Bingo Effect events are strictly non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or scheduling conflicts.
• Ticket Transfers: While tickets are non-refundable, they are fully transferable. If you cannot attend, you may give or sell your ticket to another person. They simply need to present the original QR code or confirmation email at check-in.
• Event Cancellations: In the rare event that The Bingo Effect or the host venue must cancel an event (e.g., due to severe weather, facility issues, or emergencies), we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a credit to a future event.

2. Event Rules and Venue Policies

• Venue Rules Apply: Our events are hosted at third-party venues (breweries, wineries, restaurants, etc.). You must adhere to all rules, age restrictions, and policies set by the host venue, including those regarding outside food and beverage.
• Right to Refuse Service: The Bingo Effect and our venue partners reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from an event without a refund if they are disruptive, overly intoxicated, abusive to staff or other guests, or violating venue policies.
• Age Restrictions: Age requirements vary depending on the host venue (e.g., some breweries or wineries may be 21+). It is your responsibility to verify the age restrictions of the specific venue before purchasing a ticket.

3. Photography and Media Release

By attending a Bingo Effect event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded. You grant The Bingo Effect full rights to use any such media for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes across our website, social media channels, and print materials, without compensation or prior approval.

4. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

By attending our events, you voluntarily assume all risks related to your attendance. The Bingo Effect, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or theft that occurs at the host venue. The host venues operate independently, and any claims arising from the condition of the premises or the food/beverage served must be directed to the venue itself.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Bingo Effect and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. The "Soundtrack Bingo" format and event structure are proprietary to our brand.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Bingo Effect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or attendance at our events. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket(s).

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area.
